Lead Export & Integration: Connect Your Tools

Open the CRM dashboard, select the leads you want to export using filters or manual selection, then click Export. Leads export as a CSV file with name, Facebook URL, tags, stage, notes, and dates included.

MyFBleads integrates with HighLevel V2 natively for agencies. For other tools, webhooks connect to Zapier and Make. This lets you connect to thousands of apps including email platforms, spreadsheets, and other CRMs.

In settings, connect your HighLevel account with your API key and location ID. When you capture or update leads, they sync to HighLevel as contacts. Two-way sync keeps both systems updated.

Yes. Configure a webhook URL from Zapier in MyFBleads settings. When leads are captured or updated, data is sent to your Zap, which can then create records in Google Sheets, email platforms, or other connected apps.

Exports include lead name, Facebook profile URL, all assigned tags, current pipeline stage, notes, creation date, last updated date, and follow-up date if scheduled. Custom fields are included if you have added them.

Yes. The bulk import feature accepts CSV files with lead data. Map your columns to MyFBleads fields during import. This is useful for migrating from other systems or adding leads from external sources.

Direct API access is not currently available. Integration is handled through webhooks for outbound data and bulk import for inbound data. This covers most integration needs for small teams.

HighLevel sync happens in real-time when leads are created or updated. There is no delay or batch processing. Changes in MyFBleads appear in HighLevel within seconds.
