Webhook Automation Setup

A webhook sends data from MyFBleads to another application when something happens. When you capture a lead, a webhook can instantly notify your email platform, Google Sheet, or any tool that accepts webhooks.

In MyFBleads settings, go to Webhooks. Add your endpoint URL from Zapier, Make, or your custom system. Choose which events trigger the webhook: lead created, lead updated, stage changed, tag added.

Webhooks send lead information: name, Facebook URL, tags, current stage, notes, and timestamps. The exact payload depends on the event type. Use your receiving tool to parse and use this data.

In Zapier, create a new Zap with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger. Copy the provided webhook URL. Paste it in MyFBleads webhook settings. Test by capturing a lead to see data flow through.

In Make (formerly Integromat), create a new scenario with Webhooks as the trigger. Copy the webhook URL. Add it to MyFBleads settings. Capture a test lead to verify the connection works.

Yes. Create automation rules with webhook as the action. When the trigger fires (like stage changed), MyFBleads sends data to your webhook URL. This gives you fine-grained control over when data syncs.

MyFBleads shows webhook delivery status in settings. If webhooks fail repeatedly, check your endpoint URL, ensure the receiving service is running, and verify your payload format matches expectations.
