How long does installation take?
Less than 30 seconds. Click "Add to Chrome" from the Chrome Web Store, confirm the installation, and the extension is ready. No downloads, no configuration files, no complex setup.
Do I need to create an account first?
You can start capturing leads immediately after installation. Creating an account (free) unlocks cloud sync, AI features, and full pipeline management. But you can capture your first lead before signing up.
Where do I find the capture button?
After installation, go to Facebook Messenger (messenger.com or facebook.com/messages). Open any conversation. You'll see a small 369 icon next to the person's name at the top of the chat. That's your capture button.
What information gets captured automatically?
One click captures: the person's name, their Facebook profile URL, and the source (the conversation or page you captured them from). You can then add tags, notes, and pipeline stage—but the core info is automatic.
Can I capture leads from Facebook Groups?
Yes. When you're viewing a Facebook Group, the capture icons appear next to members' names in posts and comments. Click to capture anyone who engages with your content or seems like a good prospect.
What if the icon doesn't appear?
Refresh the page—sometimes Facebook loads dynamically and the extension needs a moment. If icons still don't appear, make sure the extension is enabled (click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome toolbar). Still having issues? Our support can help troubleshoot.
Where do I see my captured leads?
Click the 369 icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the dashboard. Your leads appear in a list view or pipeline view. Each lead shows their name, tags, pipeline stage, and when they were added.
